Yes we do.
There are many situations where you may need, or may want to consider getting a new fuse box.
Below are the most common:
- The casing is damaged
- It is not up to legal specifications
- The age of your box
- It has overloaded
- No R.C.D protection
The amount for changing a fuse box can vary; we recommend that an inspection should be carried out first before we could quote you. A domestic fuse box start around £295.00
Depending on how many light fittings you want the price will vary. One light fitting costs around £40, two costs £60 and three costs around £75, however additional light fitting costs can be supplied on request.
If you are a landlord/lady then it's recommended that every time you change tenants that you have a periodic inspection report. Also, for your home or property it depends what the electrics are used for and by whom. You should have a periodic inspection report also to ensure that the electrics have a clean bill of health. Once you have a satisfactory report, this can be valid for up to ten years.
We are open on Saturdays and do not charge extra for our services.
There are two ways you can do this.
1 - A visual inspection report, this type of inspection lasts around an hour and costs around £55 without VAT. We will take a quick look and ticking boxes on the report that are needed.
2 - A periodic inspection report will give you piece of mind that everything is good. This report will take much longer lasting between 6-9 hours and costs just over £155 (no VAT).
No, our quotes don't include material costs. This is because not all jobs will require materials, however if materials are required we will only charge you what the materials cost us.
